Attention All Student Athletes:

Free Sports Physicals will be offered during school on Tuesday, May 29th and Wednesday, May 30th on MAHS campus. In order to get a free physical, you must sign up in the office, and bring a completed Medical Form signed by a parent. Click on this link to print form or pick one up in the main office.
