Help Support Senior, Owen Perkins & Play4Kay

For his graduation project, MAHS Senior, Owen Perkins, is directing the first-ever Play4Kay game to be held at Mount Airy High School on January 25th, when our Granite Bears take on the Bishop McGuinness Villains.
Play4Kay is a nationwide initiative that raises money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund in the fight against all women’s cancers.

2 hour delay 1-18-19

Mount Airy City Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay for Friday, January 18 due to freezing temperatures and wet roads.
4th period exams at Mount Airy High School will begin at 10:15; brunch will be provided.

Friends Feeding Friends

Who's going to be our "Live Elf on the Shelf", is it Coach Adkins, Coach Holder, Mrs. Howlett, Mr. Joyce, or Mrs. Whitt? Please bring in your canned food items to the Media Center, now through Tuesday, December 18th, to benefit Friends Feeding Friends and vote for your favorite elf/teacher? Each canned food item counts as a vote for our jolly little elves. On Friday, December 21st, the elf with the most votes/canned items, will be visiting classrooms and spreading Christmas cheer as Mount Airy High School's very own, Live Elf on the Shelf". Please consider donating to this wonderful organization.
